The project aims to achieve maximum comfort in both interior and exterior spaces through modular and functional architecture, as well as the integration of selected vegetation to create a natural landscape. Three strategies have been employed: terracing the terrain to create platforms, organizing exterior spaces with a base that houses common uses, and placing three volumes that confine exterior spaces. The connection between uses is facilitated through a base that links the complex's programs, and three volumes emerge to accommodate the school, residence, and external consultations. Complete transparency of interiors towards the exterior is chosen to enhance the quality of life for residents and teaching activities.
